Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time! Ive got a bad craving for 3D platforming, stealth, and beat 'em up action and Sly is just what I need

So many good games, but I'm working on my backlog for a while. I can get everything cheap later, and finally enjoy my catalog.

Sly Cooper!!!!!!! Can't freaking wait!

Hicken4098d ago

I'll just be getting Ni no Kuni, so these games'll have to wait.

Aliens Colonial Marines. After seeing the ign video it shows the people who worked on it GearBox have a true love for the lore' of the series and for making a dream sequel to Aliens. it was as a hardcore fan seeing the Suloc again, seeing Hicks talking after aliens and before the events of 3, to see the medical bay, and everything that was in ALIENS, even the upgrade system from weapons to looks of character show nothing but love for the series.

im not into FPS but this title i'll be playing for along time, and they online co-op 4 player looks amazing, along with the online it shows real TEAMWORK is key to victory, and any solo players who think they are to good will be taught a serious lesson.

Day one buy for me, hope to find 3 others who will want to go through the storymode on Ultimate Badass setting so its as authentic as it can be, all the while enjoying the levels as they harken back to what happend in the ALIENS film.

I had no idea that Bad Company 2 was still running, and only now that I know, I want to jump on! 😥

I was able to find games in the Vietnam dlc on ps3 the last week. There were articles on here about the server closure when it was announced in April

BF1943 is the only online MP game that I was genuinely interested in. Been playing since launch 14 years ago. Hate that I couldn't put in as much time to play as I'd hoped for during the final week.

I got really into 43 when I bought Bf3, and preferred it. Everything that I disliked or found annoying about Bf3, wasn't an issue in 43. Too bad they never bothered releasing it on PS4 or PC.

Dead Space 2...... I wasn't even aware that had multiplayer. Nevermind that it was apparently one of their best multiplayers!

anast135d ago

Once people stop buying micros, these companies close the doors.

Dead Space 2 multiplayer had been hanging on for years - I'd boot my PS3 up to see some familiar names in lobbies. This will definitely be missed!

10 Video Game Sequels That Saved Their Franchise

Video game sequels like Assassin's Creed Origins, Doom (2016), and Fire Emblem Awakening were just what these franchises needed to be revitalized.

Immagaiden355d ago

Lmao what’s Halo Infinite doing on this list?

Who would ever say Halo Infinite saved the Halo franchise

SullysCigar354d ago

Thought the same - very bizarre!

RE7 though... my God, what a shift over RE6! That franchise was definitely going in the wrong direction, so RE7 was a welcome return to form.

ModsDoBetter354d ago

Resi 6 was and still is the worst entry in the series.
7 was a great turnaround, despite people’s concerned about the switch to FP perspective.

DMC5 definitely helped the franchise after the whole DmC debacle. Whilst it was a decent action game, it was a far cry from the series and the characters we knew.

AC Origins is my favourite in the entire AC series. Despite the switch to a more RPG style of gameplay - the setting, soundtrack, length, etc were all amazing. sadly followed up by the ridiculously long and “more of the same” Odsyssey.

I don’t feel it’s fair to say the franchise slipped with Doom 3, Doom 3 was incredibly atmospheric and took the game in a different direction but there’s no denying Doom (2016) was sensational.

Halo 4 & 5 were disappointing but Halo Infinite definitely didn’t save the franchise? What?

TheEnigma313354d ago (Edited 354d ago )

I'm going to have to go with SMB 3. I was around when SMB 2 first came out and people hated it. 3 is still arguably the best mario game created.

"Halo Infinite"? Worse Halo ever. Whoever made this list just lost all credibility.

Hofstaderman354d ago

In future lists of a similar nature I have a suspicion Final Fantasy XVI will feature.

Why Dead Space 3 Will Be the Hardest to Remake

If EA and Motive Studio plan on remaking all the main Dead Space entries, they have to change a lot of what made Dead Space 3 so divisive.

Simple, do not bother with a Dead Space 3 remake. Rather have a new entry for Dead Space.

myfathersbastard414d ago

Yeah I agree. Make a dead space 3, but have an original story/setting. They’ve proven they can do the game justice, and I think they could evolve 2 in a good direction, keeping a similar tone. I’d love s Dead Space 2 and 3 though. The remake was fantastic. Top tier remake, up there with RE2.

jznrpg414d ago

Remaking 3 would need to be a reworked and somewhat changed remake as 3 was flawed in most peoples eyes and the worst entry.

Ninver414d ago

It's the worst in the series.
