OXCGN’s Battlefield 3: Aftermath Review

"Sure, the whole concept and execution of Premium has been debated before, and no doubt continues to be a hot topic among online gamers, but this sort of model seems to be the future of DLC map packs and expansions.

With that, the fourth and latest expansion for BF3 has been released, titled Aftermath.

The new expansion provides new maps, vehicles, as well as a new game mode and weapon for players to experience. It also allows me to make really bad Earthquake-related puns throughout this review."

The story is too old to be commented.

Really enjoying this expansion.

I wish I could say the same. Feels blah to me, really hate the orange tinge over it all and the design is really uninspired/boring.

Strike at Karkand is still by far the best DLC for BF3, IMO of course.

I see what you're saying here. I personally love Armored Kill, love the massive vehicle battles.

I'm still more a close quarters fighter.

Bet Battlefield 4 is announced this year though!

BadCircuit2351d ago

Yup...sequels sequels. But I wonder if it'll be on next gen consoles?

Proeliator2351d ago

BF4 would have to be a next gen title.

Well I know people got Beta keys for buying MOH Warfighter, and I'm pretty sure it's meant to be this year.

Hufandpuf2351d ago

I forgot about that. I'm going to buy MOH and then trade it just so I can get in the beta.
