what game did you get with it can you still remember,first game I got was GTA 3 I was f**kin addicted to that game for months right up to the release of vice city in fact weeeird lol

My top PS2 titles: The Suffering series, MGS2/3, Ratch and Clank, GTA, Prince Of Persia, Burnout 3, Need For Speed Undercover, Bloody Roar, Tekken...

plus so many more... PS2 will probably be the remembered as the greatest generation of home consoles ever since the 2D to 3D jump. Too many bad habits set in the industry this gen that i won't remember anywhere near as fondly as the trusty ol' PS2 =')

I remember when God of War 2 came out, it put a helluva lot of what we were seeing touted as "next gen" games to shame. Fantastic series all around. Metal Gear Solid 2 and 3 were 2 of my favourite PS2 games, but the first Devil May Cry, SSX Tricky and Baldur's Gate:DA would all be on my list as well.

I think the list it's pretty good but at the same time left so many favorites out, just an example of how good was the PS2 lineup. You can do a top 100 and still don't include lots of amazing games.

Hope you don't mean Grandia II. I love the game, but the PS2 port was almost unplayable at parts due to lag.

On topic, the list isn't nearly lengthy enough, and suspiciously lacks any number of JRPGS that are considered superb(from FFX to virtually every SMT). There's also no Metal Gear or Zone of the Enders, among other notable snubs.

I'd suggest going back to the drawing board with this one.
