Jagex Games Studio has today announced the launch of its all new Transformers Universe website in preparation for the next stage of the free-to-play massively multiplayer online (MMO) videogame’s release. As well as featuring an entire redesign from the initial teaser, the addition of forums and a news feed for all things Transformers Universe, the website will be the new and improved hub for the videogame’s beta when it goes live in early 2013.
2014 was a great year for MOBAs. But with great strides, though, came some pitfalls. Transformers Universe will officially shut down servers at 10AM GMT on January 31st, and Dawngate will close at 10Pm PDT on February 4th. Here is a look back at each of the two games.
Today Jagex and Hasbro confirmed that Transformers Universe will close. This decision comes at an important time for both companies as they both realign their plans and focuses for 2015.
Jagex has confirmed that the team working on Transformers Universe is going to be getting a little bit smaller as layoffs are coming.
