Namco Bandai have published debut screenshots for the recently announced One Piece Pirate Warriors 2 for PlayStation 3 and PS Vita. One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2 will feature the best-loved characters from the latest anime series. One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2 will also feature previously unreleased stages such as Skypiea and new characters including Eneru for the first time ever on PS3.
One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2 arrived 10 years ago, pushing the franchise into new territory and becoming a mainstay gaming experience.

For free? One piece, but only because i know for sure i don't mind paying for a Ninja Storm game and probably wouldn't pay a lot for a One piece game. I looove the One piece Manga, but the games just don't impress me too much. So, my answer is One piece, but not because it is a better game.
Naruto. but one piece is fine cuz i can get it for the ps vita.
I'm done buying a Storm game until they finish the anime and manga completely, so I would go for One Piece for a change of pace.

I've generally enjoyed Artdinks games, but maybe it would be better to just play Macross 30th again, instead.
