In SimCity DS 2, based on Sim City 3000, you will be in charge of evolving your city through 8 periods of time, from the stone ages, until modern times, visiting locations like Paris, or ancient Japan.
Sim City DS might not have been the hit it should have been, but EA is having another shot with the newly-revealed sequel, and it's looking pretty sweet.
The metropolis construction theme continues as expected, but to make things more interesting you will this time be able to dive back into history and build towns in a range of different eras, from ancient Japan to the medieval era.
Wow, I can see the Sim City interface playing really well with a touch screen / stylus.

i've played sim city ds 1 and its great tp play it on the bus to work. but since i'm a fan since the old days...
... but how about a proper sequel to the great Sim City 4!?
The first Sim City DS was awesome can't wait for the 2nd to show up in the US!
