MTV-Review: 'Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Wii U Edition' - No TKO Here

MTV:Two months after Namco Bandai's very good fighter made its way to the PS3 and Xbox 360, we've got an even more feature-rich of the game on the Wii U. And while "TTT2 Wii U" is more or less the same game you might have been playing back in September, it's not one that fighting fans can readily play with the Wii U base hardware, it's not a game without some performance issues, and it's simply not the optimal way to play "Tekken Tag Tournament 2."

Differing opinions I guess. A lot of sites have said the opposite and it's the definitive version. To each their own.

tl;dr the article author hasn't mastered the use of opposable thumbs and therefore the Gamepad is crap, which means he prefers the 360 and PS3 versions. He pretty much disregards everything else about the game.

It makes you wonder how long he played the title because it took me little to no time to get used to the controller when I had opportunity to jump on a demo unit.

Why Amazon don't price match Wii U and 3DS Consoles?
They don't have 2DS and Zelda Wii U Bundle, and they didn't drop deluxe prices.

jacobvogel3869d ago

As long as I know, Amazon don't sell Nintendo hardwares.
Amazon had tons of 3DS systems that they couldn't sell because the system was a flop out of the gate. Nintendo prohibited Amazon from selling them at a lower price, and refused to buy back unsold stock and defective ones

Is Wii U Deluxe for $279.99 the best price around? Or should I wait?

SaulGoodman3869d ago

That's a pretty good price, but the longer you wait the cheaper it will get.

SaulGoodman3868d ago

@ The Disagrees from my last statement: You're probably right to disagree my idiotic statement, because we all know how much more expensive things cost, the longer they're on the market.

Best Wii U games

Games Radar: Nintendo's Wii U had a decent launch lineup thanks to a new 2D Mario game, some fun minigame compilations, and slew of solid ports. And while a bulk of the system's heavy-hitters won't be arriving for a few months, a smattering of interesting downloadables, as well as a few new impressive exclusives will keep you busy until then.

In order to keep you in the know, we’ve ranked the best games to own so far for the system, taking into account quality, use of the system’s unique features, and other intangibles.
