NE: "XSEED has released a ton of games in its history – around fifty titles or so. Out of the entire selection, you may be surprised to hear that The Last Story is the company’s most-successful title ever. That news comes straight from the direct-source – XSEED itself."
It has been 10 years since Xenoblade arrived in the US, we look back at how the game almost never showed up if not for a group of dedicated fans.
I wish The Last Story would make a comeback.I played it years before I got around to Xenoblade. Mainly because of the scalping going on because of Xeno's limited run. It took me a few tries to get into it but once I did I couldn't put it down. A Wii hidden gem for sure.
I wish the Last Story get a Switch remaster or remake. That game deserves a second chance
These JRPGs stand up on their own.
For the Wii’s 15th birthday, here’s a list of 15 Wii games that deserve ports or sequels.
They should... you know... Do Pandora's Tower, then.
i havent even played it yet decided to wait to play it on my wiiu instead lol same with xeno for wii as well they just been sitting there till now
I picked it up to play after I finish Xenoblade which I am 170 hrs into and still enjoying. I did take a look at it and though Xenoblade is definitely my favorite RPG to come out of his gen, The Last Story looks pretty good too. Both games do things that I didn't think was possible on the Wii. I probably won't grab a Wii U until this coming summer as I personally don't think it pays to be an early adopter, but I can say in the meantime, the Wii has really been going out with a bang!
BTW, I have played, Kingdom's of Amular, Skyrim and Dragon's Dogma, all great games, but I mean what I say about Xenoblade being the best of the lot, in my personal tastes anyway, those passing it and TLS by because they're Wii games are really missing something if they're RPG fans. If you haven't already got them, I'd recomend doing so before too long as they're both likely to shoot sky high in price once production stops.
I'm glad to hear that TLS made them some money. That was the last game I bought for the Wii, and a very good one.
