Forbes- Ninja Gaiden was one of my favorite Xbox titles when it came out way back in 2004. Based on the 1990′s NES franchise, the game managed to be at times punishingly difficult, requiring fast reflexes and impeccable timing.
The game was later released on the PS3 as Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus, and then again on the Vita under the same title.
I didn’t play the PS3 version, and it’s been years since I walked the way of the ninja with Ryu, so there’s definitely a bit of nostalgia now that I’m playing through the handheld version of the game. It’s quite good, much like the original Xbox game, and looks absolutely terrific on the Vita.
