Travis Bruno of Capsule Computers writes:
"All of this culminates to creating an excellent penultimate episode with only a few minor bumps in the road. While the group has lost a lot of the dynamic over the events of the last episode and little is done to repair it during this one, Lee and Clementine’s journey of survival is still one for the ages. With more action than past episodes and a new twist that will lead into what may be the most varied episode of them all, The Walking Dead: Around Every Corner will leave players chomping at the bit to see the final outcome in Episode 5."
"Come hang out and talk Telltale with us. This episode we talk about The Walking Dead Episode 4 – Around Every Corner." -- PlayStation Enthusiast
GameZone: "On this edition of GameZone's 31 Games of Halloween, we're headed back to the land of the undead, but this time around, things are very different."
SPOILER WARNING. This series contains Telltale’s The Walking Dead spoilers that span across the entire first season. Watch at your own peril!
This episode, Justis and McBosspants try their best to fight against the growing linearity of the series. Surprisingly, their poor-decision-making Lee is starting to merge with their own good-guy-Lee playthrough as they fight against the boredom of point-and-click adventures, the lack of choices in the later parts of the game, and the exhaustion of recording two episodes in a row.
Another great episode, one more to go!
