I got a chance to spend quite a bit of time playing our review copy, both on my own and with the developers of the game, and here’s what I can tell you about it… One of the first things I noted when I started up the game is that the folks over at 2 Dawn games did a really job on the sound. I’ve played a lot of FPS titles in my time and one thing I have always noticed is that the sounds just didn’t feel right. Some have volume issues, others have no echo or reverb which makes the sound of distant gun fire sound hollow and unrealistic and some of the FPS games out there just shouldn’t have bothered putting sound in at all because they fail at it."
GG3 reports on the latest Groupees deal. The Be Mine Special Edition bundle packs 6 Steam games for as little $5, which comes with a bunch of additional content, like extra DLC and soundtracks. There are even some bonus games in there.
Skewed and Reviewed has posted information and a trailer for the new zombie content for Ravaged, the post apocalypse shooter. The footage shows that now that the undead has entered into the fray, things are really going bad for the survivors.
