It seems the genre has been left in the capable hands of THQ, for the most part, and while they put out a quality product each year, I’m still looking for more squared-circle action. The Fire Pro Wrestling series is possibly the greatest in the history of this niche genre, so to see the name pop up on the Xbox Marketplace is exciting for me. Sure, this has little to do with any previous Fire Pro game, which were all 2D, but I just knew there would be something to enjoy no matter what Spike produced. The game was announced quite a while ago, and I’d actually given up hope that it’d ever see the light of day, but I’ve finally had the chance to climb into the ring with the latest Fire Pro Wrestling game."
