Once more unto the breach. Another two lesser-known, budget-priced indie games snatched from the overflowing backlog, and put on The Chopping Block for dissection and, ultimately, judgement.
Today’s Targets: Shepherd Slaughter by Blindhack Software and Zombie Football Carnage by Milkstone Studios. Both are for Windows PCs only, and both carry an RRP of around $3-4. Both are also in the massive Indiefort Championship bundle, which is just entering its final day.
Shepherd Slaughter is a top down adventure game portrayed though old ‘skool’ graphics. This game has a rather impressive list of features within its randomly generated worlds. With the massive number of monsters and environments there is much to do within this game.
"Zombie Football Carnage, published by Milkstone Studios, is a fun and entertaining 2D arcade-style action-shooter with football elements and monsters thrown in. The end-result is always death, but the journey getting there is fun every time."
The Bundle4Dead has now just gone live on Indievania which includes four zombie themed games for a measly $4.
