Halo4 looks hot.
So did Reach. Then you play it and it's not as wowing as the bullshots released would have you believe. Still, Halo 4 to me has this whole Metroid Prime vibe that actually has me wanting to play it.
Reachs later levels - Amazing
halo 4 looks allot nicer than reach...
Halo 4 looks pretty darn amazing. The fact it looks that good and Halo has some really open levels with multiple vehicles and ai and physics shows what the xbox 360 is capable of. Old consoles are still being pushed immensely what they really capable of. Xbox 360 Witcher 2 although not good as PC version still looked amazing for console standards. I think 343 really pushed the xbox 360
Worst list ever. Only a few on there that i agree with.
So then it's not the worst list ever. If that were the case, you`d agree with none.
i beat rayman, the witcher 2, and mass effect 3. i can def agree with all three of those looking spectacular

Just simply awesome.
Not sure if its 'bullshotty' or not, but some of the stuff I've seen for Halo 4 looks like its not even possible on current console hardware.
Well its obviously possible if they're pulling it off. Its called talented developers ;) Game looks better than anything on the 360. Including multiplatform games. I can only imagine what they'll be capable of doing on the Nextbox. :o
in this year there is no really great looking title compared to last year or next year .
Linear games dont take much to render ;)
VGA 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 Says Hello ;)!
@Walker007 Pretty much. lol
Thought Max Payne 3 was pretty damn good looking. So i did.
Really looking forward to seeing the final version of what 343i did with Halo 4 So excited.
I got to play the demo for Halo4 and it does look fantastic and I will tilt my hat to 343 for doing such a great job but right now if you want to see great graphics then wait until you see Farcry3.It absolutley blew me away on the PS3.The mechanics where smooth and so much fun.Great list but right now Farcry3 will not dissapoint and people are going to love it.Honorable mentions go to Dishonored.Beautiful game with so much to do in one scene.
Kind of random list. Where's The Last of Us? I'd probably add in NFS Most Wanted too. Criterion have a track record of releasing amazing looking games. GTA V doesn't look too shabby either imo.
We all know The Last of Us is going to look amazing, but this is a list for best looking games in 2012.
Reread the title bro, 2012 is the target year, The Last of Us, unless you know something we don't will NOT hit that target.
I haven't played it on consoles, but Sleeping Dogs looks amazing on PC, so I don't see why they didn't include it. Also very surprised to see ZombiU get listed as a Honorable Mention. I haven't played it myself, but after reading enough previews from people who have (and seeing enough trailers of it myself) I am convinced graphics are not that game's strong point. I am still very much looking forward to it though.
far cry 3 on pc tops everything without question, next would be ac3 on pc, don't know why witchers on there, it came out in 2011, if they mean on 360...lol.... witcher 2 on pc though, that is something, next gen consoles won't be able to do this, and most people i know, myself included run it at 60 frames in 1080p; http://www.abload.de/image....
You don't even have to read the article to see it's referring to "current console hardware".
Lol i wouldnt say they cant do that yet. How about you just wait until we see what Microsoft and Sony have in store with next gen systems. Hell, they may even put out games better than the witcher 2.
