I only play a few times per year anymore but what about the songs that lost their contract and had to be removed? Should I not let it update?

The songs just get removed from the store. So long as you've already bought and downloaded them, you're fine to do any updates.

Rock Band blitz includes All-American Rejects, Blink-182, Red Hot Chili Peppers

The Rock Band Blitz transfer shakout continues as the Rock Band music store makes its way to the final update on April 2. Rock Band Blitz is $15 and all 25 tracks are compatible with Rock Band.
