Isaac Wagner: "I got into the music game genre right around the time it was at its hottest; with Guitar Hero 3 and the original Rock Band. I was addicted for a couple of months, banging away at plastic instruments, trying to feel as awesome as my friends who could actually play the guitar, bass and drums. After awhile though, music games lost their luster for me. I never bought another Guitar Hero, and tried out Rock Band 2 and Unplugged, but it wasn't enough to keep me going. Rock Band 3 seemed fairly impressive, what with the whole "playing real instruments" thing and the introduction of the keyboard, but I was completely out of the genre and didn't have the fortitude to dive back in."
Pick it up quick.
J Station X: "Harmonix have slashed the prices on multiple Rock Band games and their downloadable track packs in time for Christmas and New Year’s Eve."
I only play a few times per year anymore but what about the songs that lost their contract and had to be removed? Should I not let it update?
R.I.P. I bought over 1000 songs and I wish I could say still counting. We love you Rockband. <3
