"While I can't say I was wholeheartedly impressed with every one of the Wii U's offerings at PAX this year, one game did stand out as a fun and unique addition to the system's growing compendium of third-party titles.
Project P-100, the latest from Platinum Games, pits superheroes against aliens in a battle to save earth from supernatural annihilation. Players recruit and control citizens with Pikmin-like precision, solving puzzles and fighting bosses along the way. Accrue enough citizens and you'll be able to shapeshift them into larger-than-life weapons to use against your enemies. Sound like something you might be interested in? Check out the video above for the rest of my hands-on impressions!", writes Destructoid.
PixlBit | "I’m going to go on a limb here and say that The Wonderful 101 will be a sleeper hit for the Wii U. While it has garnered some noticeable hype within some audiences, it is an easy game to overlook. For those not sure about the game, it is best described as being a simple mesh of Viewtiful Joe and Pikmin. After spending some time with the game, I must say that it went from a just game that looked interesting, to game that I’m really excited about."
GameDynamo - "Alongside Bayonetta 2's announcement, Nintendo revealed the official name for the developer's other Wii U title, the Pikmin-esque superhero-action-strategy title known until now as Project P-100. The official title is: The Wonderful 101. As the title implies, players command 100 tiny superheroes as they work together to take down invading aliens, with the players themselves being the 101st."
