Nintendo is said to be asking developers of iOS/Android games to bring their games to the Wii U eShop. But can they actually convince them to leave their $1 app stores (or at least make ports) for the Wii U's online storefront?
should've included a multi touch screen if they wanted ports of mobile games since most/alot of them require multi touch input.
The Wii U gamepad has buttons, so that won't even be an issue.
@Jadedz Exactly. Even FPS games like N.O.V.A would run on the WiiU with dual analogs.
Think outside of the box here, maybe they want apps and not just iOS/Android games! Facebook, Skype, twitter flashlight, dog whistle, nahh mean.
Apps alone will help the Wii u become a success but for Nintendo to have IOS & android games on eShop Nintendo will win the console war again
Not surprised. 1) I just hope that they have a competitive business model and 2) that they have fixed the gripes that many small developers had with Wiiware.
