The story is exactly what one might expect from a turned based RPG with an classic feel. You play as Baldren, who finds himself transported to the otherworldly Rainbow Moon during a battle. Of course along with being stranded in an unknown realm, a troupe of monsters has also been unleashed. You must fight your way to seal up the gate and return back to your home world.

Publisher eastasiasoft has announced that Rainbow Moon is launching for the Switch today. The title is priced at $15 and takes up 1.9 GB.

There's also the sequel rainbow skies. Tbh injust assumed this was already on the switch. I enjoyed it for what it was. Never did finish it though. I had the ps4 physical edition.
Yea, story wasn't great, especially dialogue, but some of the battle tactics got quite fun at higher levels. Sadly, I think Rainbow Skies sunk Sidequest Studios bc it came out years later than originally promised, and Vita enthusiasm had already died by then. EastAsiaSoft still owns this though as a publisher, so I'm guessing they're trying to squeeze some more out of it. I'd recommend it for like $15, probably nothing above that. I liked it enough.
I assumed it was too when I wrote it up. Never finished it either as fun as it was.
