IGN:
When the engine is gunning away full-bore with a satisfying howl and the scenery is whipping by in a blur, it's easy to appreciate the raw power found in the gorgeously designed racing beasts in Test Drive: Ferrari Racing Legends. An inherent lust for the iconic red sexiness cranked out by the renowned Italian sports car manufacturer will certainly enhance your appreciation of this high-speed homage to all things Ferrari, but it's a shame that a draconian difficulty curve puts the brakes on the fun too soon.
XMNR: Amazon updated its Digital Games Mayhem Sale for downloadable PC titles with some new selections Friday and Saturday. This includes the television tie-in, Defiance, along with the upgraded version of one of the greatest role-playing games ever made, Baldur’s Gate.
Test Drive: Ferrari Racing takes us in an interesting tour through Ferrari's history. Slightly Mad Studios has created a fine racing game that still gives the impression it hasn't harnessed its full potential. The inexplicable delay suffered in Europe sealed its fate, eliminating any possibility of arousing interest.
DSOGaming writes: "A while back, we informed you about the cancellation of the PC version for Test Drive: Ferrari Legends. Thankfully though, it appears we were wrong as the game has finally hit Gamersgate and Steam."
I like the "it appears we were wrong..." bit, followed by conclusive proof that they were wrong.
Test Drive is dead
Well here in the UK this game doesn't have a chance as all retailers have pulled it from their release schedule, cancelled pre orders and removed all existence of the game.
Nobody knows why but with no word from Atari and Slightly mad studios it's not looking good for release here in the UK.
There is rumours going round from there is no publisher that's picked the game up for UK distribution to no copies region coded for UK so no deliveries will be made.
Either way it's looking like a dead game before release here in UK !!!
