Prequel Proliferation: The Future of Games is Stuck in the Past (Part Two)

I imagine whatever poignant argument I was attempting to make last week doesn't hold a thimble full of water without a titanic amount of evidence to justify my full blown descent into nattering nabob of negativism territory. Simple statements clearly aren't my strong suit. Anyway, I'll attempt to reiterate the general tone of my tome to the best of my capabilities. When a series begins to revisit back story that has been covered in the initial narrative, regardless of how brief it may have been, then it's a clear cut sign of narrative decay. Rev up the bone saw and amputate that gangrenous appendage immediately.
