Gaikai is a company that is propelling forward to an eventual acquisition or partnership, according to CEO David Perry. The cloud gaming platform spent its early years setting up the servers around the globe that allows top-tier PC games from Electronic Arts, Ubisoft and over 40 game makers to seamlessly stream to PCs, laptops, tablets and now Smart TVs. This year the company signed deals with LG and Samsung to power separate cloud gaming services that will allow these companies to enter the console games business without needing to build a console.
