Burnout Paradise Drifts into Stores

January 22, 2008 - Burnout Paradise, the latest installment in Electronic Arts' crash-crazy street racing series, is now available at retail stores in North America.

Built with a new open world design and instant-connect online mode, Burnout Paradise moves the franchise in a freer, more collaborative direction than previous iterations.

"Burnout Paradise is the natural evolution of the franchise as we wanted to give the player full control to create their own personal Burnout experience," says Alex Ward, Creative Director at EA Criterion.

The game is in stores now for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 and will be available in Europe Jan. 28.

PLAY B3YOND. Cause that's there the true burnout experience lives. Built on the PS3. Perfoms best on PS3.

Are saying it looks best on PS3, so I'll definitely be getting it for PS3. Don't care about custom playlists.

I had a blast with the demo, the game should provide me with quite a few hours of entertainment for sure.

EA usually makes me sad, but this one is fun.

rocks! Lots of kick butt stuff in there. Over 50 tracks! Love the older stuff like Faith No More, GNR, and Twisted Sister.
