BHF wants ban on in-game ads for junk food

The British Heart Foundation (BHF) and health campaigners are calling for a ban junk food advertisements placed in video games played by children. Health campaigners cited a huge hoarding for Sprite in NBA Street Homecourt for the Xbox 360, an opportunity to order pizza from within the role-playing game Everquest II, a banner for Coca-Cola within Football Manager, and ads for sandwich chain Subway in Counter-Strike.
