Cover Art Revealed for Japan.
The box art has been revealed for the upcoming Dark Souls Artorias of the Abyss Edition.
HG:
There are two complaints I have about the Dark Souls downloadable expansion Artorias of the Abyss. The first one is that it's needlessly tricky to get its quest line off the ground.
Simon O'Neill of Unigamesity.com shares his in-depth opinion of the top 5 things other video games should take from Dark Souls.
I would add :
- Difficulty is fun
- Art direction can be more important than high-res textures and 99 fancy post-processing effects
- You don't need tons of dialogue and cutscenes to make a great story
Dark souls/demon's souls are the gems of the generation. and I love the fact that they're sticking to their guns in how they are making dark souls 2
+1 Exari
Dark Souls is one of the best games I've ever played, yet alone best of last gen.
The only thing that pains me to no end is the lack of announcement for Dark Souls 2 to be ported to next gen consoles.
CalmDownTom says, "Dark Souls is a jungle filled with man eating plants wrapped around a desert of stinging scorpions atop a mountain of razor-sharp cliffs and dragons. Not literally. Look, what I’m trying to say is Dark Souls is hard."
I got it for the PC. After a couple of mods (none game changing), it's great! Highly recommend this game. I have to hand it to the console side, I would be missing out if it had never made it to the PC.
Still playing it. Can't get past that damn Crossbreed Priscilla boss though. Wish I just left her alone. :)
Heard a lot about this game. What is it about?
Isnt this the one where the more you die the more fun you have?
Only in Japan. you only get DLC if you're outside of Japan.
That's really cool art. I'm not gonna say that ALL Japanese boxart is this cool, but it seems like if there is going to be cool boxart, it's usually from Japan. SOMETIMES Europe...almost never North America, unfortunately.
So happy to be in japan. I preordered this, it says it will be released Oct 25th, can't wait for it. it includes Complete Guide Prologue + Special Map + Original Soundtrack, sounds great!
Looks very sleek. Can't wait for the DLC to come out here.
