I give you Watchdogs but I'm meh for FarCry 3 and Assasins Creed still needs to convince me on how much they improve the game graphically and level design.
In my personal OPINION noooooooo one won E3 it was total disaster everything was known before the event. no new IP'S 2006 milked REHASHED games was shown.
RATCHET AND CLANK Full Frontal Assault won E3 simple fact it is a NEW ip
it was a disaster?no new ips? I only knew about tlou halo 4 forza horizon and gowa. And even if I knew every game that was being announced I still wouldnt be upset because they showed gameplay. I dont get why everyone gets pissed when they dont get suprised when they read every e3 article weeks prior to e3 with leaked info.
Lol I dont even know why Nintendo and Microsoft were in the title. No way they won. However, even though MS's smartglass App for phones and Tablets is very smart, their games display was a joke. And wii-U's games looked like they were running on the old wii console, yet in HD. Aside from Ubisofts excellent "Watch Dogs", AC3, and AC3:Liberation; and Naughty Dog (The Last of Us) and Qauntum Dreams (Beyond: Two Souls) games, This rest of E3 was quite lame.
Also, prior to this E3 2012, I thought Tomb Raider and Metal Gear Rising Reveangance were gonna be underwhelming, but the footage shown at this E3 (Rising's Stealth and energy consumption/management, and Tomb raiders involved storyline and survival aspects) made me very excited for those 2 games too.
The rest were "meh"...
In my opinion: UBISOFT = "A" (AC3, only strong Wii-U lineup, AC3:lib, Rayman, Watch Dogs, Far cry 3 (which looked "okay"), and MORE. SONY = "B" (Last of Us, GoW, Beyond, LBPkarting, PS All Stars, etc) MICROSOFT = "D+" (the plus is for smartglass app, & "maybe" Halo 4) NINTENDO = "D-/F+" (Almost an "F grade". Horrible considering that Wii-u is coming out soon and they dont have a single worthy exclusive, and mostly just 1st party tech demo's. And if they really did have a price point in mind, E3 was the time to do it. Not later. What a bunch of joker's.)
I'd say Ubisoft. I plan on getting AC3, FC3 and Watch Dogs. And the Vita AC bundle looks tempting.
Last of Us looks outstanding but they missed out on showing off Sly Cooper, Dust 514 and LittleBigPlanet Karting (which actually looks pretty good). Sony could've won if they kept Wonderbook to only 10 minutes as opposed to half the show and showed some of their other exclusives.
edit: A shout out to the Ratchet and Clank trilogy wouldn't have been bad either.
Microsoft: The Positive+ No kids at the conference or skittles. And introduced a few more games like Like Loco Cycle and Ascend and some intriguing new tech. Halo 4 had strong debut and good multimedia coming out this year.
The Negative- MS took up 2 much time with Kinect+Nike and the Usher performance was not necessary (Side note: Ushers older stuff is 5x better than what he has now) No new core games.
Overall score a "B" MS is playing it safe. Releasing familiar first party titles, Lighter on Kinect and a great emphasis on XBL games. And ditched the child actors. Nothing really new at the conference but the most "refreshing" conferences out of MS last 2 E3's and makes MS disastrous E3 of 2010 near forgettable, finally.
Sony: The Positive+ Sony showed off a great number of exclusives with Beyond: 2 Souls, God Of War Ascension, Play Station All Stars: Battle Royale and Last Of Us.
The Negative- Wonder book took up way to much time. No real big surprises besides Quantic Dreams new game. And it felt like Sony was kind of stalling, buying time in some segments
Overall score a B+ After that wonder book showing I didn't know how Sony could get back up. But at the end when they debuted The Last Of Us, it blew everybody away with very intense gameplay that game literally saved "The Rest Of Us" Fantastic showing.
Sorry Nintendo but a D. I didn't wanna Wii U when they displayed it last year and I still don't want one now.
Who Won overall its tie between Sony MS but..... Sony takes it. 2 new Ip's and they ended their presser with a bang. If MS started the their presser with COD and ended it with Halo to me it would of been a DEAD tie.
The Last of Us, and Beyond for me. Yea and FarCry3!!!
S guess it's a toss up between Sony and Ubi.

PC gamers won, not a single dissapointment, and a few surprises.
Overall I think it was Ubisoft because they were consistently displaying great games, but as for the consoles I'd definitely go with Sony.
If Ubisoft would have it own console ps4 & Xbox 720 would fail
