Today Nintendo of Europe (and Australia) added new classic games to the popular Wii Shop Channel. 1080 Snowboarding and Riot Zone.
VGB writes "1080 Snowboarding (priced 1000 Wii Points = €10 / £7.50 / AU$15) is a ground-breaking snowboarding game on the N64, courtesy of Nintendo's Japanese EAD development studio. Though there were snowboarding games before it, 1080 effectively defined how the genre should look, feel, and control. 1080 Snowboarding features six courses and eight playable characters, a half-pipe, trick challenges, licensed Lamar boards, a two-player cooperative mode and more."
Nintendo has announced the SNES and Super Famicom games gracing the Nintendo Switch Online library this month, and there are some gems to enjoy.
Strange headline, as I thought the star of the show was Super RType. I almost bought RType Dimensions EX this last month and was just thinking, man I wish we had the SNES one somewhere on Switch. That's where I got my start w the series and I was beyond excited to see it drop this week!
