Yeah I've owned as a mini forever ago on the PS3. Unfortunately, the controller actually messes the throws way too many times that it starts to become annoying.
Hopefully if they are now talking about Angry Bird Space that they fixed the controls to not be so finicky at times.
But it definately is cool to at least play it on the big screen TVs.
The game is a fun diversion and I think MS was smart to do their own take on it.
Angry Birds? On consoles? You *must* be kidding me...
Well, on the bright side, it'd make a good download title on the Wii U, especially seeing how the use of the GamePad can be incorporated perfectly with Angry Birds' gameplay style.
Well, yes... if you're bending your head down over the tablet on your lap, which is when you're doing it wrong. You're meant to hold it up at a position where you can simultaneously see the screen and tablet with just one movement of your eyes. It's actually not that hard - check out the Zombi U gameplay trailer, it's pretty natural.
Besides, when a game needs you to use the touch-screen, it most likely won't have too much need for your attention on the TV screen for this purpose.
Nothing like milking a game for all its worth. Let me guess, they'll make it for the big screen, throw a bone in like a few new levels, and then take this $0.99 game and charge consumers $10 or more for it.
I thought Microsoft already announced that in their E3 show?
Isn't Angry Birds already on consoles?
Angry birds is technically already on consoles like PS3 as a downloadable mini.
Angry birds is already on PS3.
I think what they mean is like an XBLA/PSN title with achievements/trophies etc.
Common sense.
