I have read that people think it is splinter cell but I think the costumes and background scream more Prince of Persia except the character has changed if that is true. It could be a new ip but the tag line makes me thing it is an old franchise that is being revamped (seems to be the norm with the entertainment industry).

Hoping for a sequel to PoP 2008. This does not look like it unfortunatly...

Prince of Persia guy is bald now too?

Could very well be a new IP or something spun off of AC.

Could this be the long rumored game that was basically an Egyptian shadow of the colossus?

Oh well, we shall see soon enough.

Hope it's a pop. The prince doesn't look much Persian and nor do the people in the back. The sword on his back reminds me more of the crusades for some reason.

The 3rd screen that says "judgement is coming" also sounds nothing like PoP or SC.

THAT SWORD on his back is a BOW and ARROWS.

That could be a hint!

It also seems that everyone is bald and some are covering their baldness with bandanas and such.

It's as if they were all warriors and he (the man centered) is one of the greatest.

It feels like the same feeling of Gladiator when he was about to enter the arena.

Maybe that's what 'Judgement is coming' stands for. He'll be judged on his performance.

Then again, I could be completely wrong!

If it is the Prince of Persia they better not have rebooted it or changed the main character

They gave us a cliff hanger in the dlc for a reason

Grap4347d ago

POP damn. i really want a new ip

Lord_Sloth4346d ago (Edited 4346d ago )

If that's PoP then he traded in his uniqueness for standard Western Design #2.

Hopefully it'd be the villain of the title or a new IP.

Hanzala from eXputer: "With Ubisoft's practices becoming increasingly anti-consumer lately, the destruction of The Sands of Time Remake looks almost inevitable."

Hey Ubi, here's a gun, don't shoot yourself in the foot.

*Ubi takes gun, aims at foot, empties clip*

At this point, only dummies have any hope left for Ubi-junk games.

Every industry has these issues

Some companies I’ve worked for were great and some were toxic as hell (UPS when I was a teenager was extremely toxic and I have heard it still is) It all starts at the top. They either hold people accountable , set standards and treat people with respect or the crap rolls downhill.
