Final Fantasy XIII Images from Closed Mega Theatre

This week's Shonen Jump Magazine features some rather exciting images. These images show off several of the new characters in Final Fantasy Versus XIII, as well as the new summons in Final Fantasy XIII such as Carbuncle and Ifrit.

The PS3 will over take in mainland Europe as in some countries they have surpassed 360 in sale and it has only been 10 months to MS 2 years. So it is possible for PS3 to catch up. As for Bioware a part of EA now things can change and only when they get the nod from EA they will make the games. They could even stop working on all the franchises altogether if EA wanted to.

Personally I can live without these games as I have looked into buying an Xbox and looking at KOTOR and Mass Effect but these don't warrant the price of the 360. You may have a few RPGs which flopped same with the action games and shooters are the main focus. Look all the best games are BIoshock, Gear of War, Halo,and Call of Duty all shooters.

They will 2 million PS2 were sold for FF10 only in Japan and another 2 in the US and about the same in Europe. If FF were released tomorrow the PS3 will have won Europe and put a dent in MS lead. Talk about being milked I think the FPS genre has been milked far enough.

LBP do not suck. It is very inventive you said scene-it has sold more than Gears so what makes you think LBP will suck. I believe a "Wii effect" will happen when it is released.

MGS is a proven franchise and Splinter Cell is a copy. Saying that MGS has some entertaining parts and splinter cell it is just a stealth game.

Thats not what the current sales figures say.

PS3 sales have double in UK only a million behind. Germany, France Spain, Portugal and Italy have higher PS3 in less than 10 months.

eww. I hate how the main character look now. He looked a lot more bad ass before, but now, he doesn't. And yes I did know that the old "main" character was just a prototype for this dude. But I hope SE at least let you play as him if you finish the game once.

dude don't worry. The shot of him that you can see in the topic pic up there is kinda like an stylized depiction that someone's done for the magazine. It's kinda like some of those comic book covers you get where they make the protagonist look slightly different.

How he looks in the Cloud trailer is how he's going to look for now. Nomura mentioned he might change his clothes slightly but that's all.
There's been similar cg renders of lighting (FFXIII) showing her look different as well. But after those were shown we saw the cloud trailer and she looked the same, albeit with a slighty rounder chin, but mostly identical to the first lightning debuted.
