I really hope this Skype integration isn't going to be just a run of the mill bog standard app with voice and video chat, although that would be great and all i feel Microsoft could do more with it.
What id like for them to do is integrate it into the already existing Xbox live chat/party chat. We all know the party is already pretty good but the skype sound quality is just on another level..... they could even go as far as to make it perform over multiple platforms example: Guy A is on his Xbox, Guy B is on his PC and Guy C is on his phone while all being in the same party chat. I feel this would really help Microsoft in the long run..... even the Kinect could maybe use some of the Skype video encoding (although im not sure how good or bad Skype video is).
