I'll stick to gaming on the 360 & PS3....

decapitator4663d ago

Agreed. I estimate over a thousand dollars for all these things needed to play the game on PC. You can either pick up a PS3 or a PC for the same experience if not even better.

I will enjoy console gaming as well.

Ju4663d ago

You can get a PS3 (or 360) and a 32"/720p TFT for that money.

pointystick4663d ago

And yet the games are still over twice the price. PC gamers make their money back for a better gfx card (for example) in a couple of months comparing the difference in price for console games.

minimum 256mb huh... 8800 series card or better. wasn't aware there was better.. lol

how do you require 2gb of ram? even most vista computers ship with 1 if i'm not mistaken

akaFullMetal4663d ago

mine came with 3 gb

intel core 2 duo 2.2 ghz
3 gb ram
500 gb hardrive
8600 gts graphics card

mighty_douche4663d ago

LOL... the same recommended as Crysis give or take?

nicholascage244663d ago

Crysis kills any PC game in graphics.

AC doesnt even come close to Crysis. There is no way one would require the same specs as Crysis to play ASS Creed

Statix4663d ago

nicholascage24: Are you sure you're not overhyping up Crysis's graphics a little bit in terms of technical strain/fidelity? Like most PC fans seem to be doing? Maybe the two games are closer than you or other PC defenders would make it out to be; these system requirements would make it appear appear as such.

Scrooge4662d ago

dude, anyone denying Crysis' graphics is in denial. PC gaming is the most powerful platform, period. Rightfully so, it's also the most expensive.

Bladestar4663d ago

It's not a fair comparison to compare PC games requirements vs console specs... let's not forget that game requirements also include resources needed for the OS to run unlike Consoles where the OS take little resources compare to PC and game are able to access most of the console resources... also not to mention that developer have to give themselves some room since not every PC performs the same way even with the same specs when hardware is made by separate manufacturers.

GIJeff4663d ago

we know. The problem is, PC devs are starting to aim for the sky, where as in the past, the latest stuff played the latest games flawlessly.
