Deep Silver and X1 Software/AWAR today announced that Iron Front– Liberation 1944 is now available. The tactical shooter is settled in war-torn Poland during the last phase of World War II. Either on the Russian or the German side, players fight to win crucial battles during the summer of 1944 in the campaign mode or the various multiplayer missions.
Released today, Iron Front – Liberation 1944’s D-Day is the first downloadable content (DLC) update for the popular strategy title from Deep Silver. D-Day adds eight new single-player and six new multiplayer missions to the main game. Expansive landscapes in Normandy are featured, including the famous Omaha Beach where the Allied Forces launched Operation Overlord on June 6th, 1944.
