I don't expect Black Ops2 to really push PC hardware with that old modded quake engine

And I expect better performance from an idTech3 based engine

Yea CoD seems to run pretty bad on PC considering how the games look.

they all run fine except black ops. Black ops was bugged somehow. MW3 runs on even non-gaming laptops.

Oh ok, yea I haven't played CoD on my PC since MW, and I tried out one of the Black Ops free weekends and it ran horribly. So I assumed they all do.

Why even bother. Full price console port inbound.

I have a computer from 2010 and its a quad core with 8GB of RAM, but when Steam had the MW3 free multiplayer weekend a few weeks ago, I had to play on low settings. I guess graphics cards are the most important for games :3

ya they are, still lowest settings look comparable to console, maybe even a little better with a resolution jump.

Not on my computer at least. My field of view was like 10 was bad. I've been wanting to upgrade my video card, but I don't think the power supply unit can handle an upgrade :(
