How Do You Complete Meat for Meat in Tears of the Kingdom
To complete Meat for Meat in Tears of the Kingdom, you’ll have to get a piece of marbled rock roast to Mezer. Before anything though, it’s crucial that you pick up the quest. You can do this by going to The Bedrock Bistro, which is located next to Goronbi Lake, south of Death Mountain in Eldin. Inside, you’ll find someone named Mezer, and speaking with him will unlock the quest for you.
While the quest objective is to get a piece of marbled rock roast to Mezer, the only hint you get is to “try the caves past the cart tracks“. Therefore, it’s time to start following the nearby cart tracks. However, before you do, you should ensure you have either heat resistant armor or a fireproof elixir you can use.
This is because the cave you’ll eventually come across as you follow the cart tracks is called the West Restaurant Cave and it has lava inside of it. Therefore, heat resistance is a must if you want to survive in there long enough to find what you’re looking for. To make a fireproof elixir, you can simply mix a fireproof lizard with any monster part.

Once you’ve taken the Fireproof Elixir or equipped your heat resistant armor, it’s time to head inside the West Restaurant Cave. Once inside, stick to the right until you eventually come across a high enough ledge that allows you to glide over the lava and to a piece of land where you’ll be able to see multiple pieces of marbled rock roast.
Just one problem, though. You have to pick the roast up, but the lava won’t let you carry it out. Well, nothing a good old hydrant can’t solve, right? Fortunately, you’ll find a convenient hydrant if you climb the wall to the right, which you can then activate by hitting it with your weapon. Using it on the lava, you can make a path for yourself.
Simply pick up a piece of marbled rock roast and head back to the Bedrock Bistro to give it to Mezar and complete the Meat for Meat side quest. What’s more, is that Mezar will give you a large Zonai charge for your troubles.
