Breath of the Wild was considered one of the best games available on the Switch, but Tears of the Kingdom is set to replace the title at the top of this list. Tears of the Kingdom goes even further to allow players the most possible freedom and self-expression in their gameplay, while also addressing the short list of concerns players had about the previous title. The biggest addition that people had been hoping for is the return of old-school dungeons.
Dungeons had been replaced with the Divine Beasts in Breath of the Wild. While they had some similarities to dungeons, they functioned more as giant puzzles with bosses at the end.
