Although none of these problems would be solved, some XDefiant players suggest that playing solo is a completely different experience.
Which Modes Are the Best for Playing Solo?
If you are thinking about playing XDefiant solo, you might find some of these suggestions useful. MaddogMorto noted: “I have my custom playlist set to Domination, Occupy, and CTF. I like objective-based game modes & most of the time everyone plays objective”.
Waste_Touch2694 added: “I solo queue 99% of the time. I play mainly Hot Shot and Domination. It’s a lot easier to get consistently good games in those modes for me as people are paying a bit of attention to the modes too. If you’re not gonna play OBJ then play TDM”.
We’d suggest that you try out different modes for yourself, as we all have different strong suits and what is hard for some players might be just right for you. Infamous-Echo-2961 stated: “I play solo, and I play all modes. Ranked uses most if not all, so it makes sense to learn every mode”.

They said: “One important thing is starting to recognize people in a party so that you can try and avoid them at the very first suspicion. So if you see the same characters in nicknames (as in clan tags), them using the same skin and class, consistently trading kills, etc”.
Of course, playing solo isn’t easy either. A Redditor, shapeshifter14, explained: “Solo queue gets tough. You can’t see if you’re facing a stack in this game and the team balancing can be really bad in this game. Lately, I’ve been really frustrated with the game matching me with people who have 60-100 ms of ping”.
