It’s been quite a while since Nintendo announced the release date for Zelda: Tears of Kingdom and fans can’t be more excited about it. Historically, the creators of the Zelda series have always offered its die-hard fans dedicated Zelda Amiibos, which usually come with cool add-ons to make the game more immersive. The question persists, however: Will Zelda Tears Of Kingdom also host Amiibos once it hits the Switch?

Will Tears Of Kingdom Have An Amiibo?
Fortunately, Nintendo has announced that the long-awaited iteration of Zelda, Tears Of Kingdom, will have an Amiibo. That’s not all, though. If you’ve got an Amiibo from one of the older versions: Majora’s Mask, Skyward Sword, or Breath of The Wild, you can claim all kinds of rewards by scanning them.
Most significantly, each Amiibo offers a different paraglider decorative fabric. Nintendo’s also promised helpful materials and weapons for scanning each Amiibo. So, let’s wait and see what they’ve got in store for us.
As for the different paraglider skins, if you scan the new Tears of Kingdom Amiibo, you’ll get a vibrant sky-blue and brown paraglider skin with the Hylian crest printed on it. Scanning the Breath of the Wild Amiibo, on the other hand, gets you a darker, grayish paraglider fabric while you can get a light gray and blue fabric with the Skyward Sword.
Finally, you’ll also be rewarded with an intimidatingly cool impression of the Majora Mask on your glider should you choose to scan the Majora Mask amiibo version.
Will The New amiibo Be Worth It?
The next question will always be whether the newest Amiibo is a worthwhile investment. Fortunately, Amiibos don’t come with a price tag as hefty as the one for the game itself. So, the purchase boils down to how much you want it.
However, it’s important to mention that the Amiibo has a flair to it outside of the game as well. These figurines fly off the shelves for a good reason: True die-hard Zelda fans value them regardless of the in-game rewards.
Nintendo’s done a pretty good job at integrating Amiibos into the Legends of Zelda, especially with the way fans can have different customizations and rewards for each Amiibo. That said, we ask, what Amiibo and paraglider style will you be going for?
