November Humble Choice Has Some Great Games for Steam Deck
The November Humble Choice brings a variety of games, and all but one are playable (some are also verified) on your Steam Deck. The only unsupported game in this bundle is Warhammer 40k Darktide. The other games are:
- Persona 4 Golden – Verified. With a 93% Metacritic score, this game from 2008 is a true classic. First and foremost, it’s a coming-of-age story set in the rural city of Inaba, where the protagonist and his friends have to find their way out of rumors and murders.
- The Lamplighters League – Verified. This 2023 turn-based tactics game won over many people. Nothing like a little 1930s pulp adventure.
- Cassette Beasts – Verified. An open RPG released in 2023. You’ll get to collect monsters and use them in battles.
- The Bookwalker: Tief of Tales – Playable. A 2023 adventure game. Become Etienne Quist, a writer-turned-thief with the ability to dive into books.
- Karmazoo -Verified. Released in 2023. If you love cooperating with other players, and helping each other out, this game is for you.
- Hexarchy -Playable. Hexarchy is a 4X deck builder. If you like fast-paced strategy games, this one will be to your liking.
- Garden Life – Playable. A Cozy Simulator. Perfect for chilly autumn evenings, combined with a hot tea and a blanket.
Now, for those of you who are in the unknown, you can get the Humble Choice with a monthly subscription. They noted: “Get a curated mix of PC games every month. Players Give Out Recommendations
Subscribers and Steam Deck users raved about the variety in the November Humble Choice. Many players pointed out that there was a little something for everyone, no matter their preferences.
One player, IncommensurableMK, noted: “Hexarchy is in there. I really recommend this if you are okay with a civ/card game crossover. Really fun game”. Many players were extremely excited to try this game.
Another player, retoriplastique, shared their favorite. They stated: “I just want to say that even if you are usually uninterested in high school anime fiction, Persona 4 is still worth a try. I’m not a big fan of that kind of stuff, and yet the characters and murder mystery theme -along with the amazing city-pop soundtrack- made me fall in love with the game. You might be surprised”.
As for the Cassette Beasts, jeriku had nothing but words of praise. They said: “I 100% Cassette Beasts. I understand that it’s not a “clone” but it is highly, highly, highly influenced by Pokemon. If you like Pokemon, you’ll probably like Cassette Beasts. If you don’t like Pokemon, you probably won’t”.
Sometimes, getting a subscription truly pays out, like the Humble Choice. Another good example might be the Prime subscription, which grants you access to some games for free, including BioShock Remastered. So, we hope you’ll get to try out some new games this November. Enjoy!
