A new event is here, and this time Nexon celebrates its 30th year anniversary. In TFD this is represented by a suitably named Nexon 30th Anniversary Event, during which you can get some pretty cool rewards each week. The only “bad” part is that you have to log in using a Nexon ID, which caused some serious trouble last time, with Freyna’s Encrypted Vault Event. Apart from that, the rewards are very useful, and you even get something called Weapon Material Tickets each weekend. They can be exchanged for any weapon Blueprint and the best part is that you’ll get about a dozen of them in total. So, with that in mind, some of The First Descendant players have asked for advice on which weapon parts they should spend their Weapon Material Tickets on.
Best Firearms to Get Using Weapon Material Tickets in The First Descendant
During the Nexon 30th Anniversary Event you will get four Weapon Material Tickets each weekend, and you can exchange each of them for one Blueprint, be it for a weapon or a weapon part (Nano Tube, Synthetic Fiber, and Polymer Syncytium). The Event will last for three weeks, meaning that you can get 12 Material Tickets in total, which in turn means that you can build 3 new Ultimate Weapons from scratch, practically for free. And on that note, players are wondering what weapons they should build, now that they finally have an opportunity to do so without grinding for days. Here’s what the community offered.
Enduring Legacy
Enduring Legacy is currently one of the (if not THE) most popular Ultimate Weapons in the game. It is a Machine Gun with a great Critical Hit Rate and Damage that is virtually the “meta” weapon for now. It is a weapon that all Descendants will benefit from and some parts are pretty hard to get, so it is the best candidate to spend your Weapon Materials Tickets on. “It’s THE best bossing gun for every single character. If you wanna deal damage in later bosses on hardmode difficulty, get it. It’s pretty annoying to farm for as well. Take advantage of this opportunity “ said JustAnotherParticle.
Secret Garden
Freyna is arguably the top mob clearer in the game and almost everyone has her, either as the normal version or the Ultimate one. That being said, Secret Garden is a very good weapon for her since it buffs Firearm ATK and Skill Power when using Tech Skills (all of Freyna’s offensive Skills are Tech). Its Nano Tube is notoriously difficult to get, so this is an awesome opportunity. “Just get the harder parts to obtain but yes definitely get enduring legacy and also the secret garden is way better for freynas mobbing build. Use these tickets to get secret garden nano tubes!” said heyheyshinyCRH.
These two were the most prominent ones, though other weapons were mentioned. Some even suggested you use this opportunity to max out the Thunder Cage, everyone’s first Ultimate. If you already have all these weapons, the best way to spend them is on newer, hard-to-come-by weapons. Remember that this event will last until the beginning of Season 2 so you can’t save your Tickets for the new weapons.
