In the last months of 2024, Nexon added a bunch of events in The First Descendant. The players were spoiled with all the free goodies we got, from various Boosts, Gold, and Kuiper, to none other than a free Ultimate Bunny for everyone. And let’s not forget the fact that Anais’ Winter Festival is still ongoing. On the topic of free Bunny, it was a part of a daily login event, where players got various rewards, based on the number of days they logged in. One of those rewards is Growth Tokens, which the players can exchange for various items, and The First Descendant players debate what are the best ones to take.
What Are the Best Items to Spend Growth Tokens On in The First Descendant
Over the course of the whole event, you’ll gather up to 2500 Growth Tokens. These can be exchanged for rewards, like Energy Activators, Transcendent Modules, Advanced Shape Stabilizers, and more. With all the items available, players can get confused about the best ones to take. Thankfully, the TFD community is here to give their two cents.
What practically everyone agrees on is that you should take all the Energy Activators and the Crystallization Catalysts. They are universally useful items that you can use on any Descendant/Weapon, and you can’t go wrong with having more of them. It is important to note that you only need one Activator per Descendant or Weapon, so if you have already maxed out all your favorites, you can maybe skip taking the Activator.
Another popular choice is to taking as much of Advanced Shape Stabilizers as possible. They are cheap as chips compared to the rest of the items, and can really help your farming (unless you are really unlucky).
As for the Transcendent Mods, many players recommend taking Enzo’s Supply Firearm Enhancer Module. Enzo’s Transcendent Modules are notoriously difficult to get since they only drop from Encrypted Vaults, so getting the Supply Firearm Enhancer using Growth Tokens is a sensible thing to do. As for the others, it depends on what Descendants are your favorite and who you’re using. But, those Modules can be found regularly in 400% Infiltrations (with some luck), so it’s no rush.
Lastly, Gold is always useful, so any excess tokens should be exchanged for it. Weapon Blueprints you can easily get using the Anais’ Winter Festival free Weapon Tickets, so you can maybe skip on those. All in all, taking the aforementioned items will help you in the long run, but ultimately, the choice is yours.
