When games get popular, they are usually followed by some merchandise. Having models of your favorite characters has become a staple among gamers, be it as silly as Funko Pops and action figures, all the way to busts and statues. Nexon did an awesome job with their character design, so it is truly a wonder why there still isn’t any official merchandise. So, some players took things into their own hands, and one dedicated The First Descendant player made their own jaw-dropping Bunny statue.

One TFD fan decided not to wait anymore and take things into their own hands. About a year ago, a player named Leiurus303 on Reddit, began the project of making their own Bunny statue. “Started with a rigged in-game model, then commissioned a 3D artist to sculpt the details present in the mapping but absent from the meshes,” said the OP.
They continue saying it took them weeks and months of constant printing to get all the parts right and prepare them for painting (cleaning and sanding resin for weeks is not as fun as it sounds). And somewhere in the spring of 2024, they finally began the painting process.
And now, after months and months of dedicated work, the project is finished.
As you can see, the result is jaw-dropping. We have seen a ton of miniatures but rarely one as perfectly painted as this one. It looks like it just came out of the game, it is so lifelike. It shows Bunny in her classic suit, during the Mastery Rank Up animation (it even has the base to match).
The Community Is Amazed By the Work
A big, giant kudos to the OP for this work, this really deserves an award. Even the subreddit Moderator gave their two cents, saying: “Absolutely incredible work! …Nexon, when you see this, this should be a hint to you how much people want these! Yes, they’re expensive, because these are not mass-produced, and are handmade. It takes years of practice to do painting this well.“
As stated in the original post, you can DM Leiurus303 on Reddit if you want the files to yourselves. “I remember lots of interest in obtaining the model back when I posted the print test, for anyone still interested, please clearly state in the comments that you still want it. By doing so, you will be invited via DM to the studio sub in which I will share the related info.” So, if you are interested in purchasing the files, better hurry up and contact the OP. Nexon needs to get their act together as we all want some TFD merch. And Leiurus303 really did set a high bar for them, not sure if and how they can follow this.
