Bunny is without a doubt the most controversial character in The First Descendant. She is the poster girl of the whole game and the first character that you unlock, which results in basically everyone having her and being aware of her mechanics. Bunny is the fastest character in the game with an almost unparalleled ability to clear up mobs, which makes her the best character for, well, speedrunning the whole game. Since the game is about the grind and boils down to repetition, you can see why Bunny is arguably the most-played Descendant.
Bunny Players Get a Lot of Flak
Everything that makes Bunny so good is also why she is one of the most hated characters, by non-Bunny players. Bunny mains are known to speedrun through everything in public servers, leaving nothing to the rest of the players. The same goes for Infiltration missions and other “dungeons”. Bunnies speed through everything leaving the rest of the party with nothing to do besides walk (and sightsee, as some players jokingly commented). Is it effective? Yes! Is it fun for other players? Heck, no!
And let’s not forget Bunnies that ruin Outpost missions for all the stealthy Sharens out there. So, naturally, the rest of the players are weary of all the Bunnies taking their fun.
A Proper Bunny Etiquette
There are some pretty cool Bunny mains, who are more than considerate toward their squad mates and other players. They pay close attention in Outposts, to see if any Sharen players are there. They follow their friends and fight as a team, without being miles away. On that note, one player, named nearglow on Reddit, asked his fellow players what rules they should follow if they want to be good team players and not hinder others.
Other players were quick to give some pointers, and we have picked out the best three. “Stay in the circle like everyone else. Don’t just expect others to stay in the circle while you run around killing everything. The mobs will come to the circle.” said SpicyBreakfastTomato.
“Always look to see if a Sharen is standing at an outpost before you jump in. If there is one wait farther back and once she is done hacking clear it for them.” added livewire496.
Finally, LowEffortPoast said: “When farming void shards let other players get a hit on an enemy so they can join before you nuke the screen.”
Of course, there are tons of advice we could give them, but, as one player said, the fact that the OP asked already makes them better than the majority of Bunny players. We shouldn’t jump to conclusions when we see a Bunny player. Maybe they’re just there to enjoy the game, like the rest of us.
