If you have played even the tiniest amount of The First Descendant, you’ve realized that mobs are there to slow down your journey, but the real enemies are Bosses and Colossi. Your build and focus are on taking down those tough targets, and mobs are an afterthought (especially if you’re Bunny, who can simply walk past these mobs and they’ll drop).
But, after a while, you’ll begin to develop an animosity towards certain enemies, and we are not talking about elites here. How many times have you found yourself low on HP because a single mob managed to sneak up on you? Or, even worse, got stun-locked by those irritating bladed mobs that swarm you during Void Battles? Players List the Most Annoying Enemies in the Game
When asked, in one Reddit post, what’s the most annoying enemy in TFD, the fans were quick to give their suggestions. The OP, GurNo8915, stated that the worst are the Farseers (those drones that shoot a beam of continuous damage at you).
Others chimed in that worse than them are “Those things that run at you and explode”, referring to those eyeball-looking drones. AlexPeaKeaton added: ”The “running exploder” enemy archetype…is hands down the most annoying in any game.” with FeistmasterFlex agreeing: “They’re just unfun and bland design, imo…There’s no mechanic to them beyond “get away,” which is a pretty lame mechanic.” Finally, Lo-fi_Hedonist ended with: “Aye, the Farseer’s death beams are pretty annoying but the rush of explodee mobs has to be the worst.”
King Fishers Take the Cake
But, we all know that both Farseers, exploding eye drones, and any other mob in the game pale in comparison to a certain “Bayblade wannabe”. We are of course talking about King Fishers. Many a Void Battle has been lost due to a light shove by these monsters. Ready to make that perfect Sniper shot to that weak spot? *shove* “Ah, only 10 seconds left to defeat this Colossus, I can make it!” *shove*
User Comfortable_Crow5010 said what we all think: “Kingfisher and their stupid little spinny move UGH so annoying especially when they all gang up on you at the same time like BRUH how are YOU doing more damage to me then the Boss?!?! Stupid spinny move AHHHHH.“ PeachesOxo added: “…beyblade wannabe…hate em.”
What’s your worst enemy in The First Descendant? We would add those flying metallic balls that make Bosses immune, but they are not a mob per se. However, we’d also like to commend Nexon for giving us memorable enemies, besides bosses and Colossi. Although, they can take it down a notch with some of these.
