When the announcement that the “Utility Companions” would actually be dogs, the TFD fans went crazy. We all love doggos (and all other animals) so the opportunity to have one of our own in our favorite game is nothing short of awesome. Nexon revealed that they will have some pretty cool functions, like picking up items from the floor and auto-dismantling junk. What we also heard is that there will be a lot of customization options for our furry friends. On that note, the fans share their name plans and expectations for Fellows in The First Descendant.
Fans Share How They Plan To Name Their Fellows in The First Descendant
It is less than a week until Season 2 goes live and adds Fellows to The First Descendant. The “default” version resembles a German Shepherd, but other fur colors will also be available. One of the best parts is that you could name your doggos. And the fans have shared their plans and ideas.
As a Fallout reference, Dragon_King10 said: “If I can name the dog, I’m calling it Dogmeat”. User putupsama said: ”I am naming him Sparky, my username is Darky”, but RayS326 had the funniest idea: “Obviously Commander Shepherd.”
User New_Comment_3614 said: “I too am super excited to have sheperd as my companion will call him Axel. if its he and Mischa if its she :)”. But, in a wholesome but sad turn of events, Sin_the_Insane replied: “Omg same! I had a German Shepard named Axel that I raised from a puppy to a good ol boy. I lost him to old age two years ago. May my Axel find your Axel in game and wag tails”. We hope Axel is chasing squirrels in doggy heaven, with all the other best boys and girls.
As for the design, one user had a great idea of having Huskies, to go along Chill Arche Descendants. On that note, we already saw that a white-furred dog was in development when Nexon revealed them in the Season 2 broadcast, along with the Reindeer/Santa skin. As far as we know, there will be a German Shepherd default “skin”, a black one, and a white one, with various attachments. Hopefully, more will be revealed in the upcoming Season 2 Live Broadcast.
