Dev livestreams quickly became popular in the TFD community. We had the pre-recorded broadcast for Season 2 where we were shown all the cool stuff the game will get, and we also had a live broadcast at the beginning of December. It lasted for almost four hours and the devs have spoken in greater detail about everything that will be added in Season 2, on both Korean and English. And now, seemingly out of nowhere, another The First Descendant dev livestream is right around the corner.
The First Descendant Season 2 Dev Livestream Scheduled for December 11
The release of Season 2 was a bit shaky and unfortunately riddled with errors. Missions got bugged and a lot of players reported frequent crashes. Thankfully, Nexon was fast to respond and they have quickly released a couple of hotfixes. But some errors persist and yesterday the devs announced a new update, scheduled for December 11. And now, they have posted on X that we’ll have a dev livestream right before the next Update goes live.

For European players, that translates to December 12, 1:00am (GMT) or 2:00am (CEST).
We know that the Infiltration Support feature is on the way, as well as the improvement for Void Vessel rewards, which will allegedly allow you to choose between Keelan or Fellow reward chests (or at least mix them up). We are sure they will also address the crashing issues and let us know what’s going on.
As for the community, a lot of them are asking for some info on Ines, a soon-to-be-playable Descendant that has taken the hearts of many players. “What type ability that Ines-Raya have tell us more? Please” asked TBLACKMASKNINJA, and “Awesome, looking forward to seeing some Ines in this livestream” said vjs_gdd2. Others are simply happy to see the devs again, as they have turned out to be a pretty cool bunch. It’s only a couple of hours until the stream and we are looking forward to it.
