Can You Create Your Own Character in Street Fighter 6?
Simply put, yes, you will be able to create your own character in Street Fighter 6. In addition to new and returning characters, you can also create and add your own fighter to the existing roster.
The character customization feature was showcased back in 2022 at the Tokyo Game Show, where it was clarified that your own character would play a key role in the new title’s storyline, learning from each of the masters. Character creation in Street Fighter 6 will pull from similar features in other CAPCOM titles, lending us some idea of just how extensive our customization options may be.
What Can Be Customized in Street Fighter 6?
Based on the character creation feature showcased at the Tokyo Game Show, it looks like Street Fighter 6 offers a long list of customization options, ranging from all aspects of your character’s physical build to their clothing. While we’ll need to wait until the game’s June 2 release date to determine the full extent of character creation, the following customization options were confirmed in the 2022 showcase.
