2. You need to choose the device that you are using to play Roblox on from the list that they provide. 
3. You must then specify the category of issue that you are facing, which in this case would be Purchasing Using Robux (if your purchased item is defective) or Billing & Payments (if your purchased item is missing).
4. A window will pop up asking for some more specifications about the exact problem you’re facing. Choose the appropriate category which matches the issue you are facing.
5. Give a written description fully explaining your issue and all the relevant details surrounding it. This should include the item name, item number, date of purchase, the issue with the item, and the link to the item. After this, you can submit the form.

Can You Refund Any Item In Roblox?

In general, Roblox state that all the items bought from their avatar shop are non-refundable.This means that currently, you are not able to refund a properly functioning item that you bought on Roblox and get back the currency or Robux that you spent.
