Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is an action platformer from Ubisoft, the newest Prince of Persia title. You play as Sargon, one of the elite Immortals, protecting Persia from invaders and enemies alike. Before the story can properly begin, there is a tutorial-like section of the game. In it, you will learn the basics of the game, such as movement and attacks. It all culminates in a boss battle against the Uvishka, the Kushan general. How to Beat Uvishka in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown?
Uvishka is a giant of a man, riding a large warhorse. He carries a large trident and is the general of the Kushan army that is attacking Persia.
The First Stage
He begins the fight mounted, either using sweeping strikes with his trident or an unblockable ground slam. The trident strikes you can block or evade, so your best bet would be to combo hits, and then either block his attack, or dodge out of the way, either using the Dodge button (Shift on PC), or by jumping. Additionally, we have found that you can slide underneath him, and then strike from behind. This is a great combination, but be wary of his backward strikes, as he will sweep with his trident right before he turns around.
He can also jump and perform a ground slam. You will note a red flash before he does so. That means that the attack cannot be blocked, so you should move out of the way. That slam affects an area around him, so make sure you make some distance.
Once Uvishka is at half of his health bar, he will charge you. That attack will have a yellow flash, indicating that it is a Reckless Attack. If you manage to parry those, you will perform a Vengeful Counter, dealing lots of damage. This will unhorse him and the second stage of the fight will begin.

The Second Stage
Once Uvishka is unhorsed, the fight will be a little easier. His attacks are similar to the first stage, and a little more predictable. He will continue striking with his trident, and the ground slam will also be there. Jumping and attacking him while in the air will ensure you are not hit by his sweeps. Continue attacking and evading, as before, and pretty soon he will fall. Once defeated, the tutorial ends, and the main story begins.
