First, you can head over to the School Store at Blueberry Academy and purchase this evolution item for just 250 BP. If you’re shy on points, you can earn more by completing BBQs (Blueberry Quests).
Apart from this, you can also craft yourself a Dragon Scale by using the Item Printer in the League Room. However, you’ll first need to spend 200 BP to effectively unlock this device — a solid investment, indeed.
Finally, you can actually snag a Dragon Scale for free over in the Coastal Biome of the Terarium. Just make your way to the bridge that connects the Coastal Plaza with the Coastal Rest Area. From the latter location, turn to your left when you reach the bridge to find a Poké Ball containing this item.
